3.2 If, following our assessment, we determine that treatment is appropriate, we will issue a prescription.
3.3 All medical questions are carefully prepared and follow best practice standards.
3.4 The Website is intended for residents of the UK and Northern Ireland. If you access it from outside these areas, you are responsible for complying with local laws.
3.5 Our Website is only available to individuals able to enter into legally binding contracts. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our products or services.
3.6 When registering, you must provide accurate health and medical information and keep it updated before placing new orders.
4. Conditions of supply
4.1 Your order is accepted when we send you an email confirming approval of your prescription.
4.2 If we cannot accept your order, we will inform you and will not charge you.
4.3 You will be assigned an order number; please reference this when contacting us.
4.4 We supply products exclusively within the UK and Northern Ireland.
4.5 All advice and treatment are provided in English; you are responsible for ensuring full understanding.
4.6 In emergencies, contact your GP, local pharmacy, or attend a hospital emergency department.
4.7 Product packaging may vary from images shown on our Website.
5. Medical information
5.1 Information is reviewed by our pharmacy and prescribing team. Always read patient information leaflets provided with your medication.
5.2 We will not share your information except to prevent crime, comply with the law, as directed by regulators, or to prevent harm.
6. Products
6.1 Images on the Website are for illustration only.
6.2 Products are subject to availability. If unavailable, we will inform you and not charge you.
6.3 Prices may change but not after an order has been placed.
6.4 We verify prices as part of our process. If an obvious pricing error is found, we are not obliged to supply at the incorrect price.
7. Payments, cancellations, returns, and refunds
7.1 Treatment and postage costs are displayed clearly before consultations. No hidden fees apply.
7.2 You are responsible for ensuring valid payment details. By saving your card, you authorise future charges (e.g., dosage adjustments or maintenance plans).
7.3 Ordering medication initiates a clinical assessment.
7.4 Orders may be cancelled before dispatch confirmation. Refunds, minus any applicable fees, will be confirmed by email.
7.5 Due to the nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled or returned once dispatch is confirmed. This does not affect statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed items.
7.6 Medicines: We cannot accept returns of medicines, including prescription items, over-the-counter medicines, creams, and liquids, due to UK legislation and safety regulations. If you no longer need a medicine, you can return it to a local pharmacy for safe disposal.
7.7 Non-medicinal items: You may request to return non-medicinal items within 14 days of receipt. Once authorised, items must be returned within an additional 14 days at your own cost, even if your original order qualified for free delivery.
7.8 Errors or damaged items: Please contact us immediately. A video call is required to verify evidence, and items must not be disposed of prior to this call. We may require the items to be returned using a provided returns label. If you do not provide sufficient evidence or fail to retain the item, we will be unable to replace or refund it.
7.9 A £10 administrative fee applies for cancellations before dispatch or if we cancel due to missing information from you.
7.10 Refunds will be made to your original payment method and processed within 28 days following email confirmation.
